The Standard BQ-160 Perfect Binder is constructed specifically for cut sheet applications. It can bind books up to 1-3/5" thick at speeds of up to 180 perfect bound books per hour or 120 pads per hour. It features two-way notching, a paper dust vacuum system, an electric book clamp, nipper height and tilt adjustment from the touchscreen, and a dynamic nipper table for auto book sizing. The Standard BQ-160's power saving mode adjusts the glue tank heater to a lower temperature, and the auto shut down mode activates when the machine isn't used for a certain period of time.
