This machine is overpriced for its quality. The machine works well for less than 1 year until the punched paper builds up on the blades causing several of the blades from punching into the surface of the paper. Another issue arising from the paper build up is the waste compartment. Overtime, one will find it difficult to remove and insert the compartment. Last, you will not be able to open the machine to remove the paper jam or fix it.
