The Compact 5800 Shrink Wrap System is ideal for small or medium volume production. This is a one step shrink system that features a built-in tunnel that shrinks and seals simultaneously with no need for a separate heat tunnel. The height can be adjusted to accommodate different users, and the production loading tray is also adjustable allowing you to make precise adjustments every time. The Compack 5800 is equipped with an easy to slide film housing device that easily dispenses shrink wrap film, a film separator plate to help open center-folded film, a film perforator to make tiny holes in the film allowing air to escape while products are being shrink wrapped, and a shrink temperature adjustment to accommodate different types of shrink wrap film. This machine only requires one operator. A magnetic holder with a time controller keeps the lid down while the film is cut and sealed, and lets go when the process is complete. The Compack 5800 quickly and easily produces up to 8 - 10 packages per minute.
