The GunVault Mini Biometric Pistol Safe features a state-of-the art biometric algorithm that allows you to program the safe to recognize the fingerprints of people who need access to the safe. It can be programmed to accept up to 30 different sets of fingerprints. With use, the GunVault Biometric learns to read and adjust for changes in fingerprints: calluses, bruises, cuts, and other differences, with every use. The GVB1000 Biometric Pistol Safe includes a manual key to override all the electronic controls, in case the batteries die or are low on power.

The outside is constructed of 16-gauge steel, and features a high-strength lock mechanism and a spring-loaded door. The motion detector has an audio alarm to prevent direct tampering, and the visual warning alerts you if the batteries (8AA-alkaline) are low to prevent power loss.

With the included mounting hardware the GunVault GVB1000 Pistol Safe can mount almost anywhere, in any direction, and if you purchase the optional high-strength security cable, you can affix this safe anywhere you travel. An interior light comes on when the safe is opened for convenience, and the power-connection jack allows you to use AC/DC power supplies. The inside has a foam pad to protect your valuables from scratches and damage.
