Technical Summary:

The SuperKote 42 allows operators to laminate up to 41 inches wide, and has variable temperature and speed to allow it to run from 1.5 to 10 mil films. Adjustable tension assures controlled, smooth, even lamination, and spring-loaded adjustable pressure on laminating and pull rollers aids in accommodating various film stocks. Lamination quality is enhanced by the high capacity forced air cooling fans. The aperture is also adjustable up to 1/2" to accept mounting boards. This machine can run hot or cold/pressure-sensitive films, and has a waste rewind for single sided lamination. Trim documents during the laminating process with the incorporated in-line slitter. Digital LED display shows upper and lower temperatures, which can be independently controlled. The heat shoes are Teflon coated, so the finished product will be scratch free, and the machine is easy to clean. The SuperKote is durable, with a heavy-duty variable speed motor, chain and sprocket drive, and 2" top-grade silicone rubber rollers, and will provide industrial strength results.
