Description
Mag-Nif Accu-Wrapper Coin Sorter
The Mag-Nif Accu-Wrapper motorized coin sorter, with new sorting technology, is faster and easier to use. It sorts coins, including the dollar coin, right into the coin tubes with or without the use of pre-formed paper wrappers. Just press the button to activate, drop coins in to the hopper and watch as the Accu-Wrapper sorts coins and stacks them rapidly into the waiting coin tubes. A handy, easy-access overflow tray collects all the coins that spill off the top of the full coin tubes. After sorting, pull the coin drawer forward to remove the full tubes and you have "bank ready" rolls of coins. It’s a great gift to give or receive. Sample wrappers are included and refill wrappers are available. This product is not intended for high volume or commercial use. Two “C" batteries are required (not included).

Without a doubt, this product is effective and worth its price (relatively). I had no problems--it works perfectly.

Short-lived

I got this coin sorter 4 months ago, and for the first 3 months it worked beautifully. After that though (after the 3-month warranty period, naturally), the coins started mis-sorting (nickels in quarter tube etc), and the tubes would not line up evenly under the sorting holes, so there were constant jam-ups. I am looking for a better quality sorter now.

Don't Waste Your Money

You get what you pay for. This machine works great for a couple of months and then it starts to jam (probably because of the not-so-clean coins). If you wash your coins and dry them thoroughly before sorting, this machine will probably be ideal for you. Otherwise, don't bother. I am currently looking for a better quality machine.

Quality lacking

Like the previous review, mine died after the 90-day warranty. I bought a replacement from the same manufacturer, one model up. It broke the first time I used it. If you look closely at this product, you will see that it's made very cheaply with 90% plastic. I'm now looking for a better quality product. They even proudly say "Made in the USA" on the box. What a joke.
