The Mesa MAWS2113E Wall Safe is designed to provide hidden protection for documents and miscellaneous valuables. It utilizes a battery operated electronic lock that can be easily programmed with a different personal code in seconds. As a security measure the keypad will go into lockout mode if entry combinations are entered incorrectly, frustrating any would-be burglar. In the event your code is lost or the keypad batteries die a mechanical override key can be used to bypass the electronic lock to retrieve the contents of the safe. It features a pry resistant door with concealed hinges for extra anti-theft protection and two 3/4" diameter solid steel live locking door bolts. The exterior depth of the safe can be adjusted between 3-1/4" to 6-3/4" for different wall thicknesses and it features expandable shelves to use with different depths. Also features an interior light that can be accessed easily by a flip of a switch.
