The MBF3820E is rated for up to two hours in temperatures as high as 1830°F - ideal for protect your valuables from any heat damage. The door is constructed with a 1" defense barrier of outer and inner plates enclosing fire resistant material. The lock on the safe is a battery operated electronic lock with an easily changeable code and a keypad lockout penalty that activates if combinations are incorrectly entered. The electronic lock is protected by a spring loaded relocking device.
