Technical Summary:

The E-48-MG-C Elite Fire-Resistant Gun Safe by Stack On is ETL Verified to withstand external temperatures up to 1400ºF for 30 minutes, while keeping the internal temperature at or below 350ºF. The door stripping expands if exposed to high temperatures, sealing the safe and protecting the contents inside. The steel doors are reinforced and filled with a fire-retardant material to create a firewall.

It has a 3-number combination lock, enhanced by a drill-resistant, hardened steel plate to protect against direct drill attacks. There are 7 live-action locking bolts and 3 steel deadbolts for a total of 10 locking points. The 3-spindle handle retracts and extends the locking points. The pry-resistant door is constructed of solid steel for greater security.

The E-48-MG-C features Stack-On’s patented barrel rest standoffs to keep your scoped rifles away from the back of the safe in a one-position, side-by-side storage. The standoff can be removed and attached to any Stack-On barrel rest. The interior is fully carpeted to protect your firearms from scratches and damage. Use the pre-drilled holes and included fastening hardware to bolt your safe to the floor. There are 8 adjustable shelves to maximize your storage options. The E-48-MG-C is approved by the California Department of Justice (DOJ).
