Technical Summary:

The Stack-On GSX-845 carries an ETL Verified Mark to withstand external temperatures up to 1400?F and maintain an internal temperature of no more than 350?F for 30 minutes. The special door stripping expands when it’s exposed to high temperatures, sealing the safe and protecting its contents. The reinforced steel doors are filled with a fire-retardant material that creates a protective firewall.

Stack-On included their patented barrel rest standoffs, which store your scoped rifles away from the back of the safe, in an upright, side-by-side position. The standoff can be removed and attached to any Stack-On barrel rest to suit your needs. The rests are molded and contoured to accommodate rifles and shotguns. The pre-drilled mounting holes and included fastening hardware allow you to easily attach this safe to a floor. The 8 adjustable shelves and the interior are fully carpeted to protect your gun collection against dings and scratches.

The security features include a reinforced door to resist direct drill attacks; a total of 10 locking points (7 live-action locking bolts and 3 steel deadbolts) which are retracted and extended by rotating the 3-spindle handle; an extra-thick door frame adds additional security, and an electronic lock with operational lights to indicate an open door, low battery, or incorrect entry. The safe enters an automatic time-out period after 3 incorrect entry attempts. Behind the lock, a drill-resistant, hardened steel plate is located to increase the lock’s security. A trouble key is included for emergency access.

The outer dimensions are 43” (W) x 26” (D) x 59” (H), it weighs approximately 751 lbs., and it is approved by the California Department of Justice for firearm safety.
