The Stack-On TD-36-SB-E (formerly know as the GSXW-836) is part of Stack-On's Total Defense Gun Safe line and offers waterproof and fireproof protection, as well as the ultimate security against unauthorized access. With its incredible versatility, it can accommodate 36 guns, 18 guns plus storage, or just storage. The exterior is finished with a black-powder paint to minimize fingerprints, and the doors are silver-gray with a black silkscreen and chrome-finished hardware for an elegant, robust appearance.

Technical Summary:

The security features include an electronic lock with operational lights to indicate an open door, low battery, and incorrect entries. After 3 incorrect entry attempts, the safe automatically enters a time-out period. The lock is enhanced by a rear drill-resistant, hardened steel plate. The pry-resistant door is reinforced by an extra-thick door frame and constructed of solid steel. There are a total of 10 locking points: 7 large, live-action steel locking bolts and 3 solid-steel deadbolts on the hinge side of the door.

The batteries are accessible from the front of the safe and are easily replaced. The interior and the 6-adjustable shelves are fully carpeted to protect your gun collection from dings and scratches. Use the shelves to convert your storage space to your exact specifications. Stack On included their patented gun barrel rests and standoffs, which store your scoped rifles upright and side-by-side to increase your overall space utilization.

The TD-36-SB-E is ETL tested and carries a Verified Mark to withstand external temperatures up to 1400ºF for 30 minutes, while maintaining an internal temperature of no more than 350ºF. It is ETL Verified to maintain water resistance for 72 hours in 2feet of standing water. It is approved by the California Department of Justice (DOJ) for firearm safety.
