The Sentry 1844CTS Fire & Impact Resistant Data & Media File Safe (Formerly the Schwab 1844CTS) is built and rated for one hour of fire protection in temperatures up to 1700ºF, 30 foot drop impact resistance, and 2000ºF explosion hazard resistance making it ideal for protecting the integrity of magnetic and digital media. It is ideally suited to storing floppy disks, cartridges, tapes, film, microfiche, CDs, DVDs, zip disks, and more. It utilizes Insulite insulation that allows it to have thinner walls and a lighter weight without compromising any sort of fire protection. Available in two different standard colors: gray and off-white. Default color is gray.
