The Sentry 2G2500 2 Drawer Fire Resistant File Safe (Formerly the Schwab 2CFD-2500) features thinner walls and recessed handles without compromising fire protection thanks in large part to its Insulite insulation. It has a UL listing for up to 1 hour in temperatures as high as 1700ºF and 2000ºF explosion hazard resistance. Each drawer that is enclosed in individual inner steel drawer vaults with lock/no-lock mechanisms that prevent the spread of fire from one drawer to another and also prevent access to other drawers even if one drawer is opened. The lock/no-lock mechanism allows the user to enable a drawer to stay unlocked while the remaining drawers remain locked as an added security measure against theft. Available in six different standard colors: tan, sand, putty, black, gray, and light gray. Can also be made available in a special color (must be specified). Default color is light gray.
