The Fellowes Powershred 2331S Strip Cut Paper Shredder can destroy paper, paper clips, credit cards, and CDs/DVDs into 3/16" strips. It can shred up to 27-30 sheets per pass and has a level 2 security rating. The machine comes with casters for mobility access to any desired environment. It has a Safety Protection System providing an electronically controlled transparent safety shield in the feed entry. If saving energy is what you desire, then the Energy Saving Mode will be a benefit. The machine switches to the Energy Saving mode after 1 hour of inactivity. Paper jams are avoided with the Electronic Capacity Control indicator by detecting sheet capacity levels during the shredding process.
