The SEM Model 200 Disintegrator has been designed to accommodate materials typically not acceptable to a standard paper shredder, making it NSA approved for the destruction of all levels of classified paper documents and Optical Media. In addition to Optical Media, disintegrator also has the flexibility to destroy floppy disks, ID badges, credit cards, audio cassettes, sharps, microfilm and more.

The SEM Model 200 is a compact, single-stage, light volume disintegrator that destroys paper, key tape, optical media, floppy disks, ID badges, credit cards, audio cassettes, sharps, microfilm and more. The completely enclosed sound proofed sleek designed black and silver cabinets surrounding both the destruction chamber and the waste collection system have help to reduce noise levels to the 72 to 78 dBa range. The 35 gallon Waste collection bag system also makes the model 200 the largest collection system in it's class helping increase productivity due to less bag changes. The Model 200 features a 2" x 9" feed opening, thru-put rates up to 100 lbs/hr., interlock controls and timed shutdown.

*The SEM Model 200 Disintegrator has been evaluated by NSA and with the standard 3/32" screen, meets the requirements of NSA/CSS Specification 02-02, High Security Disintegrators for PAPER and NSA/CSS 04-02, OPTICAL MEDIA Destruction Devices. With an optional 5/64" screeen, the DS-200 is also NSA/CSS 04-01 approved for KEY TAPE Destruction.
