The Winchester Home 12 Fire Resistant Home & Office Safe (formerly the WH 12) has a convertible interior for your organization needs and a de-humidifier access hole. It includes 2 shelves, 2 drawers and a fire resistance of 75 minutes up to 1400ºF. It includes pre-drilled bolt down holes and mounting hardware for anchoring the safe to the floor. The WH 12 features a single lever vault handle.

Technical Summary:

The Winchester Home 12 Fire Resistant Home & Office Safe features a composite door construction with a 1/4" solid steel plate for added fire protection. The door has external vault door hinges allowing a 180 degree door swing. It has a unique Palusol® heat expandable door sealing in the door jamb and the perimeter of the door for added protection. The Winchester WH 12 has a body that is designed with 12-gauge steel protection and the composite door construction works to increase the overall security. This safe has 3 layers of fireboard in the door and 3 layers of 5/8" of fireboard in the body.

The WH 12 is UL listed to withstand tool attack and is built with a drill-resistant hard plate, an auxiliary re-locker, and 4-Way gear driven active bolt work.
