The Winchester Home 7 Fire Resistant Home & Office Safe (formerly the WH 7) is a fireproof safe that includes 2 shelves, 1 drawer and a 75 minute fire rating at 1400ºF. It includes pre-drilled bolt down holes and mounting hardware for anchoring the safe to the floor. It features a single lever vault handle. The safe has a convertible interior for your organization needs and a de-humidifier access hole.

Technical Summary:

The Winchester Home 7 Fire Resistant Home & Office Safe has a body that is designed with 12-gauge steel protection and the composite door construction works to increase the overall security. The drill-resistant hard plate and auxiliary re-locker resists tool attacks on the lock. It also works with the 2-Way gear driven active bolt, and the 6 (1-1/4") solid-steel locking bolts for the ultimate protection against unwanted entry. The safe has 3 layers of fireboard in the door and 3 layers of 5/8" of fireboard in the body. The construction of the safe is UL listed and is built to withstand tool attack.

The Composite door construction includes a 1/4" solid steel plate for added fire protection. The door has external vault door hinges allowing a 180 degree door swing. It has a unique Palusol® heat expandable door sealing in the door jamb and the perimeter of the door for added protection.
