The Standard DocuFold Suction-Feed Paper Folder features the easiest set-up of any suction feed folder available. All 6 preset fold patterns (half, letter, z, double parallel, gate and engineering folds) are calibrated automatically, as the length guide is set into position. Crisp sharp folds are made automatically for any length sheet up to 17" long. Perforating and scoring is accomplished by removing the lower fold guide and inserting the perforating/scoring unit that comes as standard equipment. Digital and batch counters, test feed mode, exit conveyer stacker, emergency stop button and mounted on casters. The DocuFold delivers remarkable productivity. With its simple setup, easy loading and reliable feeding combined with sheets feeding at up to 21,900 sheets per hour, the Standard DocuFold is the most productive folder in its class. For applications requiring only a single-fold, perforating or scoring, a simple changeover allows you to by-pass the second set of fold rollers.
