What is GSA?
The General Services Administration (GSA) is an independent agency of the United States government, established in 1949 to help manage and support the basic functioning of federal agencies. The GSA supplies products and communications for U.S. government offices, provides transportation and office space to federal employees, and develops government-wide cost-minimizing policies, among other management tasks.
Who Qualifies for GSA Pricing?
Federal agencies, local city, state or county government, school districts, universities and non-profit organizations that are government funded qualify for GSA pricing, as well as government contractors who supply the federal government.

TAA Compliance with Factory Express
In order for a product to qualify for TAA Compliance, the product must be made in the United States or a "Designated Country". Designated Countries include:
- Those with a Free Trade Agreement with the United States (e.g., Canada, Mexico, Australia, Singapore)
- Countries that participate in the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA) including Japan and many countries in Europe.
- A least developed country (e.g., Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Laos, Ethiopia and many others)
- Carribean Basin Countries (Aruba, Costa Rica, Haiti, and others)
