The Banner American Easy-Lam Green™ Roll Laminator was designed with two distinct energy-saving features: 1) an automatic shut-off mechanism that shuts the machine down after 60 minutes of inactivity, and 2) a stand-by mode that decreases the temperature from 300ºF to 150ºF when the machine is not in active use, which results in an overall energy savings of over 50%. When you need to use the machine it only takes 7 minutes to warm back up to 300ºF and begin lamination again.
The Easy-Lam Green™ can accommodate documents up to 27" wide, film up to 3-mil thick, at speeds up to 4.5’ per minute. Additional features include a reverse switch to clear wrap-arounds and misfeeds, a built-in LCD display for easy operation, and an adjustable supply roll tension. The attached safety shield protects the operator from hot spots when the machine is in use, and the Teflon-coated heat shoes heat up and cool down quickly while supplying a consistent heat.
