The GBC SignMaker™ 25 Roll Laminator is a versatile, tabletop, 3-in-1 sign-finisher unit that is designed to finish rigid or flexible signage that are up to 25" wide. It is designed to be used with SecurFilm, Artic® pressure-sensitive films, and GBC Pouch Boards. GBC created it to be more efficient and cost-effective in comparison with other conventional or liquid laminators for all types of signage.
Technical Summary:
The GBC SignMaker™ 25 laminating machine can laminate up to 3/16" thick and 25" wide. It operates at a speed of 6’ per minute. It has a top and bottom unwind shaft for film supply rolls. The reversible top rewind roller removes pressure-sensitive liners and rewinds AccuShield® carriers. The maximum temperature is 300ºF and it can be used with AccuShield, SecurFilm, GBC Pouch Boards, Arctic™ PSA cold films, and Arctic mounting adhesives.
The GBC SignMaker™ 25 roll laminator is designed for mounting with GBC Pouch Boards. It has one-pass mounting and lamination of rigid signs, which makes it perfect for presentation graphics. It is also designed for coating using GBC AccuShield, which uses patented dry-transfer technology and applies an ultra-thin coating for vinyl signs and banners. The built-in separator bar automatically strips an image from web, which eliminates the need for trimming.
