Optional modules can be added to make this unit extremely fast and efficient: the FD 280-10 Heavy Duty Feeder can accept up to 12" of stacked material to feed into the FD 280; adding one or two of the FD 280-20 High Volume Tab Delivery Modules, depending on the placement and number of tabs required, allows for extremely high speed tab feeding; the FD 260-20 Conveyor transports the completed materials away from the machine and stacks them neatly for easy removal. The documents feed into the FD 280 portion of the machine, where the edge tabs are applied, then advance into the FD 260 portion, where the crash tab is applied, folded, and sealed by a series of rollers. Built in waste take-up spools reduce downtime, making this machine fast and efficient.
