Shipped as promised, waste bin must be pushed in very carefully "pushed a little after you think it is seated. Really like the small shred size. Waste bin has a slot in front to slide paper in with out shredding. Called to order parts and now I have a new shedderOnly had it a couple of days, but really like it.
