The RDS1819 has extra-intelligent jam free technology; the paper opening illuminates RED to warn when there is too much paper inserted, simply remove excess paper until the light turns GREEN to continue shredding. Other features include 9.84" throat, multi-function control panel with visual indicators, auto start/stop, reverse function, thermal overload protection and quiet operation.
