The HSM 125.2FD Level 6 High Security Paper Shredder is ideal for field deployable situations where Level 6 High Security document destruction is required. An enclosed gear box prevents paper dust and other debris from wearing down the gears, while an enclosed housing prevents paper dust from being spread around the shredding area. The 125.6FD L6 is made in Germany to be TAA compliant, EPL Listed, and meets DOD and NSA/CSS 02-01 security requirements.
Technical Summary:
The HSM 125.2FD Field Deployable Level 6 High Security Paper Shredder can shred up to 5-7 sheets of paper per pass into 1/32" x 3/16" particles, which are collected in an 8.7 gallon waste bin. WhisperShred technology reduces operational decibel levels, allowing to to be used almost anywhere without creating unnecessary distractions. Jam-Stop Auto Reverse Anti-Jam Technology and a continuous duty motor work together to increase productivity by decreasing shredder down time. A photoelectric cell activates an automatic start/stop, and the on/off switch has an integrated reverse function. The 125.2FD L6 will stop automatically when the waste bin is full or the cabinet door is opened. The cutting cylinders are heat treated solid steel and feature patented laser cut V-TEK cutting grooves; this means increased cutting capacity with decreased power requirements.
