Technical Summary:

The HSM 225.2HS Level 6 High Security Paper Shredder can shred up to 8 sheets of paper per pass, creating 1/32" x 3/16" particles. Jam-Stop Auto Reverse Anti-Jam Technology protects the shredder from potential damage, reversing if too much paper is fed. The cutting cylinders are made from heat treated solid steel, and are laser cut with patented V-TEK cutting grooves; this means increased cutting capacity with decreased power requirements. The 225.2HS L6 features a stand-by mode, auto start/stop with a photoelectric cell sensor, an on/off switch with integrated reversing function, and sensors to stop the shredder when the door is open or the 27.7 gallon waste bin is full. This shredder can be used even in busy offices, thanks to decibel reducing WhisperShred technology. An enclosed gear box also helps reduce shredding noise, as well as prevents dust and debris from collecting in the gears.
