I have used this shredder for three years, and it has performed exemplary, if you do not feed more than FOUR sheets in at a time, or it will jam every time. The auto on sensor has too long of a delay (1/2 second), if a page is fed in before the sensor has time to turn on the knives, the shredder will also jam.
