All RB Sun Enterprises Business Card Slitters come with a 1 (one) full year parts and labor factory warranty. RB Sun products are very user friendly, almost anyone can operate them. All of RB Sun machines are chain driven and have 2" high carbon steel self sharpening blades and are manufactured by RB Sun in the U.S.A.

RB SUN ENTERPRISES, WARRANTS THIS PRODUCT, TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER, AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP, FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR USE AND AGREES TO REPAIR AND/OR REPLACE ANY PARTS FOUND DEFECTIVE BY RB SUN ENTERPRISES, WITHOUT CHARGE, PROVIDED THE UNIT IS RETURNED TO RB SUN ENTERPRISES WITH TRANSPORTATION PREPAID. REPLACEMENT PARTS SUPPLIED DURING THE PRODUCT WARRANTY PERIOD ARE WARRANTED FOR THE BALANCE OF THAT PERIOD.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ACCIDENTAL MISUSE OR ABUSE, LACK OF REASONABLE CARE, THE AFFIXING OF ANY ATTACHMENT NOT PROVIDED BY RB SUN ENTERPRISES, IMPROPER HANDLING AND/OR MAINTENANCE. NEITHER SHALL THIS WARRANTY COVER NORMALLY REPLACED EXPENDABLE PARTS. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID UNLESS REPAIR IS MADE BY RB SUN ENTERPRISES.

THIS OBLIGATION OF RB SUN ENTERPRISES UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OFFERED BY RB SUN ENTERPRISES OTHER THAN THOSE HEREIN DESCRIBED. COVERAGE UNDER THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OTHER THAN THE COVERAGE DESCRIBED ABOVE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Shipping: RB Sun uses a special liquid foam injected into the packing box that protects the product from breakage during shipping. This better ensures that you will receive your RB Sun Machine intact and free from damage. Because this process requires extra time and special equipment, RB Sun Enterprises charges Factory Express a flat fee in shipping their product UPS Ground based on machine weight and model. RB Sun chooses this method of packing their product with the consumer in mind. We at Factory Express, Inc. believe this added care benefits our customers.
