Factory Express Inc (Seller) warrants that at the time of shipment, the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period which is the lesser of one (1) year from date of purchase by the initial user or 2,000 hours of operation. All claims under this warranty must be made in verbally or in writing to Seller within one (1) year from date of shipment; once Seller agrees to accept the warranty claim, they will provide the Buyer with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Seller shall be given the right to inspect the product while the product is in the claimed defective condition. The absence of such notice and opportunity to inspect the product within the specified time shall constitute a WAIVER of all claims under this warranty. Buyer, at Seller's request, shall, at Buyer's own expense, promptly return the product, properly packed in the Products original packaging and insured for an amount not less that the original purchase price, to Renz America Company Inc. Buyer reserves the right to approve in advance any transportation costs to be paid or incurred in returning product to Buyer. Renz America Company Inc sole obligation shall be to replace or rework, at its option, and without charge, any product found defective upon inspection by Seller and to return the repaired or replaced Product FOB Renz America Company Inc plant to Buyer. The foregoing warranty does not cover and SELLLER MAKES NO WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO:

1. Claims not reported to Seller within the warranty period above specified;
2. Normally replaceable items or item, components, or parts, which become unsuitable for further use due to normal wear and tear;
3. Any product, component or part thereof which has been subject to accident, neglect, abuse, improper installation, operation or maintenance, or abnormal conditions of temperature, moisture, dirt or corrosive matter;
4. Any product, component , or part thereof, which has been in any way tampered with, repaired, or altered by anyone other than an authorized representative of Seller;
5. Products for which the Buyer furnishes the materials;
6. Products, components, parts thereof purchased by Seller or not actually manufactured by Seller.
