The seller's warranty extends for one year on all parts and labor excluding expendables, and inlcudes motors, valve systems, head assemblies only so long as the products sold, as referenced, shall be used for the purpose intended and maintained in accordance with the seller's maintenance manuals supplied with the equipment. The seller disclaims any liability from material or product failure in such event the buyer shall not follow the proper operation procedure outlined in the seller's operating manuals and schedules.

For the purpose of definition, expendables include, but are not limited to the following: drill bits, drill blocks, sharpening tools, cutting units, belts, knobs, screws and hardware.
