Paper Shredders
One (1) year limited warranty against defects in manufacturing, materials and assembly (*excludes wearable items). This limited warranty further covers the cutting cylinders for the life of the shredder (one (1) year on High Security models).
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at DAHLE'S option, of defective parts. Any shredder returned for warranty repair must be shipped prepaid to DAHLE, or an authorized service center. No shredder will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number from DAHLE customer service. Customer accepts all responsibility for the proper packaging as well as any and all damage resulting from shipping.
This warranty begins on the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover accidental or malicious damage. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper line voltage, fire, theft, water, lightening or other acts of God or by unauthorized repair. There are no other warranties expressed or implied beyond the face of this agreement.
