General Binding Corporation warrants for a period of (time period variable according to type of product) days after delivery to the original user-purchase that the GBC product is free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service. GBC's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair, at GBC's option, completely without charge for material or labor, any part to be found defective by GBC. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and any representations or promises inconsistent with or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon GBC. In no event shall GBC be liable for any special or consequential damages, whether or not foreseeable.

This warranty shall be void if the product has been subjected to misuse or damaged by negligence or accident, or altered by other than authorized agents of GBC.
