Personal Shredders: Schleicher & Company of America, Inc. warrants all shredders to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. 1 year parts and labor.
Commercial Shredders: Schleicher & Company of America, Inc. warrants all shredders to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. 3 years parts and labor.
Industrial Shredders: Schleicher & Company of America, Inc. warrants all shredders to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. 1 year parts and labor.
High Security Shredders: Schleicher & Company of America, Inc. warrants all shredders to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. 1 year parts and labor.
PacMaster/PacMate: Schleicher & Company of America, Inc. warrants all shredders to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use. 2 years parts.
Special extended coverage is outlined in the following categories:
Personal Shredders: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of defects for (5) five years.
Commercial Shredders: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of defects for the life of the shredder.
Industrial Shredders: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of defects for (5) five years.
High Security Shredders: Cutting System components are warranted to be free from defects for (1) year.
PacMaster/PacMate: Cutting Cylinders are warranted to be free of defects for (5) five years.
This warranty is void if repairs are necessitated by accident, misuse, abuse, water damage or fire. Particle Cut, Crosscut and High Security Crosscut shredders require lubrication and reversing as directed in the Operator Manual. Failure to lubricate these systems will void the warranty.
Repairs must be performed by an authorized technician.
